Company Accomplishments

Operational Turnaround, Restructuring & Special Situations

Oretrack Industrial Strategy Group works directly with business owners and institutions on complicated
operational and financial situations — stepping in with hands-on execution, not just advice from the outside.
Below is a summary of completed work. Client and company names are kept confidential as a matter of standard
practice.

Track Record

Private Institution — Greater Vancouver, BC, Canada

Took on an institution considered nearly impossible to sell due to high operating costs and debt. Restructured
staffing and how instruction was delivered, reducing operating overhead by roughly 70%, while growing
enrollment and contract revenue to rebuild the business’s value. When secured debt held up the sale, engaged
directly with the creditor to negotiate a full release. Closed a clean, debt-free sale, with continuity maintained for
students and staff through the transition.

Food Production Company — British Columbia, Canada

Built a local takeout operation into a commercial food production company, manufacturing frozen foods and
specialty tempeh. Secured supply agreements with multiple major supermarket chains, expanded retail
distribution, and increased the business’s value ahead of a sale. Sold the company debt-free.

Learning Management Platform — Bellevue, Washington

Built a learning management system during COVID to address gaps in remote-learning tools available at the time.
The platform was later licensed to a university abroad.

Institutional License Transfer — Washington, DC

Managed a distressed institution through a full regulatory license transfer to an acquiring institution, including the
FERPA-compliant transfer of all student records. The acquiring institution became licensed and operational, with
students and staff continuing without disruption.
